How old do I need to be to rent a car?
A. You must between the ages of 21 and 74 years.

What identification do I need to rent a car?
A. You will need a valid drivers licence (international and home country drivers
licences are acceptable) and a credit card.

Can I rent a car without a Credit Card?
A. No. It is a condition set out by our insurance companies that we must have
a credit card imprint to hire a car. Without this imprint, our cars would not
be insured - something that we would never do.

Do you have an office at the airport?
A.
No. We have both our Hervey Bay and Brisbane offices located
15 mins away from the airport. We pass the cost savings of
not having an airport office on to you in the form of cheaper
rates.

Do you pick up from the airport?
A. Yes we do pick up from the airport. However your rental must be greater
than 48 hours. The usual procedure is for you to phone us once you have arrived
and have collected your luggage. We will then send a car to pick you up from
the relevant arrivals area. Once we have collected you from the airport we
will then return to our depot and complete a contract. Once we have all the
paperwork taken care of you are free to hit the open road!

Q. Do
you provide baby seats? and if so how much?
A. Yes, we do provide baby seats for new born babies through to 5 years old.
The cost is $3 per seat per day with a cap of $30 for longer hires.

Mon / Fri - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sat - 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sun - By appointment.
